The conference will be held at the Foundation for Liberal Arts and Management Education (FLAME), on the outskirts of Pune. Consult the following maps to see how to get to FLAME from the Mumbai Expressway, as well as from within Pune.

If you a presenting a paper or chairing a session, FLAME will arrange for your accommodation: please make sure you register as soon as possible (login details should already have reached you; if not, you can login with username "flamefaculty" and password "flamefacultypune").

Please note that FLAME is a strictly vegetarian and non-alcoholic campus. Your accommodation has been arranged at the venue. Bed linen will be provided but please bring your own towels, toiletries, medical supplies and any other special necessities you may require. Please note that the campus is a good distance away from the city and it is advisable for you to make provision for your particular requirements in this regard in advance. Minimum temperatures may fall below 10 degrees celsius in winter in Pune, please make adequate provision for warm clothes and overwear.

There are no child care facilities available on campus.

There will be printing facilities available on campus at cost, but we advise you to print all materials you will require in advance to carry with you to the extent possible.

Conference participants who wish to stay on in Pune after the conference may do so in a campus environment, at special conference rates (between Rs. 2500-3500 a night) at YASHDA, the Administrative Training Institute of the Government of Maharashtra. If you are a non-participant, or wish to stay on in Pune at a hotel rather than the YASHDA campus, Hotel Bhairavee (91-20-27293999; bookings@hotelbhairavee.com) has reasonable rates (under Rs. 2000/- a night); note that it is vegetarian. More expensive options (between Rs. 3000/- and Rs. 8000/- a night) include the O Hotel, the Courtyard Pune Hinjewadi, and the Sayaji Pune.

If you wish to stay in Mumbai, it is worth consulting the Mumbai World Guide. The Peninsula Grand Hotel is located near the Mumbai International Airport, and charges Rs. 3000/-, inclusive of meals and airport pick up and drop off. In south Mumbai, the YWCA charges Rs. 2600/- a night (inclusive of meals), the Garden Hotel charges under Rs. 2000/- a night, and the Hotel Sea Palace (near the Taj, Apollo Bunder) approximately Rs. 6000/- a night.
